Miljööverdomstolen prövar Sweden Rocks överklagande

Det är positivt att Miljööverdomstolen tittar på det. Det är något hela branschen är intresserade av eftersom deras beslut blir avgörande i framtiden, säger Martin Forssman, pressansvarig för Sweden Rock Festival.

Det var efter festivalen 2009 som Miljöförbundet Blekinge Väst anmälde arrangörerna för att ljudnivån varit för hög vid fem konserter.

En av konserter friades arrangörerna för, eftersom mätningarna var osäkra efter ett strömavbrott under konserten. Festivalarrangörerna vill slippa vite för samtliga konserter. Det då publikljud och väder kan påverka värdena.

De fyra ärendena ligger nu klara för beslut hos Miljööverdomstolen. Men något datum för när ett beslut finns inte i nuläget.
